How does MyPhone+ sync my contacts with Facebook?
MyPhone+ tries to link your contacts to the corresponding Facebook friends by comparing their names. Names don't have to match exactly because MyPhone+ knows to find similarity in names. Comparison results are presented to you for review before the actual sync process begin and are divided into three sections:
Matched - Contacts that MyPhone+ found for them a matching Facebook friend.
Conflicts - Contacts that MyPhone+ is not sure about their match. Tapping on these contacts will reveal match suggestions so you can easily solve the conflict and link the contact to the matching Facebook friend.
Unmatched - Contacts that MyPhone+ didn't find a matching Facebook friend for them. It is still important to review Unmatched contacts because you may find contacts with aliases ("Dad", "Mom", etc) or contacts with big spelling mistakes. You can easily match these contacts to the corresponding Facebook friends manually.
Does MyPhone+ overwrite existing contact pictures or information?
MyPhone+ is configured as default NOT to overwrite your existing contact pictures and information.
If you like to overwrite your existing contacts pictures or information go to Sync->Sync Settings and set Overwrite Existing to ON in the corresponding category (pictures / information).
Does MyPhone+ add full screen pictures to my contacts?
Yes! MyPhone+ adds full screen profile picture from Facebook to your contacts. You can choose between 3 photo size options: Fit to Call Screen, Full Screen and Thumbnail.
NOTE: If you are using Google Sync / Exchange the picture size might change to a small contact picture. Both services tend to replace full screen contact pictures with small thumbnails. A workaround is to disable thier contact sync feature and use iCloud instead, which solves the problem.
